I had just sold my house in Brampton and had a very short closing date and little time to search for a house in Oshawa. One phone call to Colin and he picked me up on a Friday after work and we went looking. He very quickly tuned into what I was looking for and on the Saturday showed me some houses that were perfect. We offered on a house on Saturday afternoon and on Sunday I was in the seller's house signing the purchase agreement and toasting the sale with the seller and Colin in their/my dining room.
Colin was great - I got the location I wanted, the school I needed for my daughter, the closing date I needed and the house I have always wanted. I can't say enough about how valuable Colin was to me, he saved me time by listening to me and showing me houses that suited my needs and wants. My home at 627 Aspen Road in Pickering was listed with Colin Blakelock and his partner John Collins.
I called Colin and JOhn and they made an appointment that was convenient for me. They came to my home and we together listed the features and the measurements of my home. Shortly after that they presented me with flyers displaying a picture of my home with the features listed underneath.
To add to this, my home was available for viewing on their personal web site and also if people tuned in on 1610 AM the radio station while around my home it became a Talking House mentioning all the features inside. We also had an OPen HOuse which was well handled.
My home was sold in 2 weeks at above the listed price.
